Pre-launch privacy notice
This notice explains how information is handled while Eeduba remains in controlled development and email-delivery testing.
What this notice covers
This notice applies to the Eeduba pre-launch website and controlled development registration flow. Eeduba is not yet open for a real-family pilot.
Information collected during registration
The current parent-registration form asks for the parent’s name, email address, and password. Do not enter a child’s name, email address, learning records, or other learner information during this development stage.
How account information is used
Account information is used to create and secure a parent account, confirm an email address, support sign-in, provide password recovery, and send essential account or security notifications.
Email communications
Eeduba’s current email use is limited to transactional account messages. Eeduba does not use the registration form for unsolicited marketing, cold outreach, or purchased mailing lists.
Service providers
Eeduba uses specialist technology providers to operate the application, authentication, database, hosting, and transactional email services. They process information only as needed to provide those services under their own contractual and security arrangements.
Development data
Only fictional family and learner information may be entered during controlled development testing. Real children’s information must not be added until the real-family pilot has separate approval, safeguards, and operating procedures.
Security and retention
Eeduba is being designed with access controls, data minimisation, and family isolation. Development information is kept only for as long as needed for testing, support, security, and the preparation of the service.
Questions and requests
For a question about this notice or a request concerning a development account, contact hello@eeduba.com. We may need to verify the requester before changing or disclosing account information.
